Directors are one of the most important factors in our season. As a director, you will be responsible for casting, scheduling and running rehearsals, establishing a positive rehearsal environment, and working closely with your stage manager and the board. If you have never directed before, don’t worry—YATC is great arena to begin as a director, while working with actors in a professional setting. We can’t wait to hear your ideas!
